Our studio currently offers 11 day and evening classes per week in Svaroopa®Yoga - a gentle, safe and amazingly effective style of hatha yoga that focuses on unraveling and releasing tensions deep in the spinal muscles through yoga poses, breathwork, and deep relaxation.

Located on the 2nd Floor Suites 211 and 213 of the Orthopedic Associates Building, 65 Pennsylvania Avenue on Binghamton's Southside, our carpeted, elevator accessible, heated and air-conditioned studio and yoga therapy rooms are  sanctuaries for your spirit.
